Refund policy

 

To be eligible for a return, the order must be less than 30 days from your original order date, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

Certain items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable music or video

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  

The store conducts transactions in US dollars; both purchases and refunds are issued in that currency.  If you paid in your local currency and the exchange rate changes, your refund amount may be different than the amount initially paid since it reflects the exchange rate at the time of the refund.  The store is not responsible for changes in the exchange rate. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support+ChristinaPerri@onelive.com.
